Food with Purpose was founded in 2009 by Eduardo Trevino, following +15 years of high-level industry expertise. Eduardo’s career includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Purchasing at Price Club (now Costco) and working as a global food broker and importer. Driven by a passion to offer consumers better, alternative choices, he partnered with fellow industry veteran Joaquin Vallve to turn his vision into reality.

Eduardo saw a clear void in the market: Everyday consumers wanted relatable international cuisine, with an innovative, better-for-you upgrade. To solve this, he built Food With Purpose with a simple philosophy: “Where tradition meets innovation.” Today, Food with Purpose remains a proud, family-owned business dedicated to bringing high-quality, clean-label global flavors to markets everywhere.
